Aerogenous metastases are a rare form of metastases that can occur in the lung due to aerogenous spread along the airways.
Aerogenous metastases are usually from primary lung cancer disseminating along the airways from a different part of the lung and less commonly from other parts of the airway, such as from nasopharyngeal carcinoma 2.
